VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (June 10, 2009) – Premium Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) (?Premium? or the ?Company?) is pleased to provide the following corporate update.  The Company?s focus for the foreseeable future is the exploration and development of the gold mineralization along the Orogrande Shear Zone in Idaho beginning with the Friday-Petsite project. During this development, Premium will also advance the PGM Chrome Mountain project in the Stillwater Complex, Montana, USA, and the San Pedro Analco project, in Jalisco, Mexico, both of which will be advanced in 2009.

In its initial stage of growth, Premium developed a diverse property portfolio with projects ranging from grassroots exploration to advanced stage development opportunities. The Company has identified key precious metals projects that meet the Company?s investment criteria. Ongoing growth for the Company will continue by utilizing its successful strategy to explore and develop key projects that demonstrate significant potential for near-term production and growth of resources.  This strategic plan is intended to maximize the Company?s ability to rapidly create shareholder value.

The milestone of growing both the Management and Technical Teams was achieved in Q2-2009 with the addition of Wilf Struck, P.Eng., and Mike Ostenson (experienced precious metals geologist) to the team. Our experienced team will conduct precious metals exploration while advancing projects to production. 

Goals for Q3-2009 and Q4-2009 are as follows:

1.      Idaho

Management identified a high-priority opportunity to expand the open-ended high-grade gold zone that has been identified over a 350 meter (1,148 ft) strike length to date and located within the large and potentially open-pittable Friday-Petsite NI 43-101 Resource.

The drilling company for the planned 800-meter drill program has been selected and is scheduled to start June 15^th. The drill program is designed to delineate the zone along strike and down dip with a likely addition to the high grade portion of the resource. The second goal of the drill program is to provide additional geological data to assess the feasibility of a potential underground development. 

The project has defined resources based on core and reverse circulation drilling, with much of the resource located on patented ground. This is an important distinction, as the permitting process can be expedited. There is also substantial exploration potential associated with a contiguous 4,000 ft of gold soil geochemistry anomaly extending south of the NI 43-101 resource envelope.

2.     Montana

In conjunction with the drill program in Idaho, Premium is also reviewing exploration results to date on its Chrome Mountain project in the Stillwater Complex, Montana, USA. Exploration programs from 2006 to 2008 included the drilling of 19 holes and over 2 km of soil geochemistry that identified an extensive zone of platinum, palladium and rhodium mineralization. It has been concluded that the broad and laterally extensive PGM soil anomalies were formed by the same type of processes that formed the giant Platreef disseminated PGM-Cu-Ni deposits in South Africa. An exploration program is currently being designed to follow up on the discovery of the new Platreef exploration model.

Premium?s joint venture partner on the project, Beartooth Platinum Corp., has been merging with a private company, Kria Resources, since November 2008. Although the merger has obtained shareholder approval, the combination is still not complete, nor has it been accepted by regulation authorities. Premium is closely monitoring the situation and will provide timely updates upon any new developments.

3.     Mexico

The Company acquired a number of prospective properties in Mexico which met Premium?s initial investment criteria. Upon completion of a review of historic data and on-site property examinations, the Company elected to drop the Cucurpe, Dos Amigos, Rosamorada and La Lupe properties. The properties had ongoing work and property payment commitments and based on the results to date, further work was not justified.

An extensive exploration program was conducted on the Nueva Galica project which hosted highly anomalous gold and silver mineralization and was evaluated to determine the extent of its potential. The property underwent mapping, sampling, and drilling utilizing the Company?s own portable diamond drill. Preliminary sampling results returned favorable mineralization assays. However, results from the preliminary 1800-meter Phase-One drill program did not confirm continuity of the mineralization. The drilling conditions were extremely difficult due to the brecciated, sheared and broken nature of the mineralized zones, which consisted of quartz fragments in a clay matrix. This resulted in poor core recovery, ranging from 0 to 75%. Poor core recovery impacted the reliability of the assay results, due to significant loss of fine sulphides which appeared to host the gold and silver mineralization. Despite the implementation of various techniques and controls to minimize core losses and provide accurate evaluations of the mineralized zone, the Company had inconsistent results. Due to increasing work commitments and payments, the Company elected to drop the property.

The San Pedro Analco property is an historic underground silver mine located within the Cinco Minas – San Pedro Analco mining district, 70 kilometers northwest of Guadalajara. San Pedro Analco hosts an extensive low sulfidation silver/gold epithermal system with at least five vein structures on the property. The Project has excellent infrastructure, including road access, ample water available, and a high voltage transmission line less than one kilometer from the property. The mine reportedly operated until the mid 1980?s.

After production was shut down due to low silver prices, further drilling was conducted by the operator. Premium?s new geological team will review the results of the reported 86 holes of drilling as well as a historic independent engineering report commissioned by the previous operator. This will allow our new geological team to better understand the property and formulate future exploration programs. Premium anticipates active exploration to begin on the project in Q4-2009.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (February 18, 2009) – Premium Exploration Inc (PEM:TSX-V) (?Premium?) is pleased to announce drilling has confirmed that PGM mineralization intersected at Chrome Mountain has been formed by the same type of processes that form Platreef deposits in South Africa.  This confirms that there are two distinct styles of mineralization present at the project. Chrome Mountain is located approximately 5,000 ft (1,500 m) from the face of Stillwater Mining Companies? East Boulder Drift in the Stilwater Complex, Montana, USA.

Exploration in 2007 and 2008 has focused on a large PGM soil anomaly measuring 8,202 ft x 2,625 ft (2,500 m x 800 m). The 2008 drill results were released by the joint venture Operator, Beartooth Platinum Corporation (BTP:TSX-V) (?Beartooth?, ?Operator?) on January 22^nd, 2009.

Premium, together with the project Operator, have initiated drill permitting for 2009.

The 2008 Exploration Program

The 2008 drill program consisted of 5,324 ft (1,623 m) of the announced 10,000 ft (3,048 m) program (released May 22, 2008). Of the 5,324 ft (1623 m), 3,629 ft (1,106 m) and 9 of the 12 holes were drilled on Premium?s Chrome Mountain property.

The drilling has confirmed that the broad zones of PGM mineralization are open to the north-west, south-east and down dip, and that the two distinct forms of PGM mineralization are:

1)     PGM mineralization in zones of magmatic disruption and subsequent alteration similar to the Platreef in South Africa, identified and confirmed by the 2007 and 2008 drill programs.

2)     PGM mineralization associated with the chromitite horizons, including the high-grade target zone known as the ?A? and ?B? chromitites.

Conclusions

1)     Dr. Reid Keays, PhD., of Monash University has concluded that the broad zones of PGM mineralization intersected in the diamond drilling is responsible for the broad and laterally extensive PGM soil anomalies and were formed by the same type of processes that formed the giant Platreef disseminated PGM-Cu-Ni deposits in South Africa.  He has further stated that the mineralized zones in the Stillwater have many similarities with those of the Platreef PGM deposits.

Ongoing evaluation of the Platreef model is underway.

2)     The project geologists believe that the ?A? and ?B? chromitites have not yet been intersected by drilling to date. Although the mineralized intercepts contained chromites, they appear to be above the zone that hosts the ?A? and ?B? chromitite horizons.

Joint Venture Update

Beartooth is Premium?s current joint venture partner and the project ?Operator?. The Operator has the right to earn a 50% interest in the property by spending a $1,000,000 in exploration per year for three years. The joint venture is entering its third year.

Premium is in active negotiations concerning the joint venture with merger participants, Beartooth Platinum Corp. and Kria Resources. If the merger is approved, Kria?s management team would replace Beartooth as the joint venture Operator. The Kria management team would bring forward experience from operating Crowflight Minerals and Consolidated Thompson, both companies having substantial exploration experience and success with base metal, mafic and ultramafic deposits.

On October 23, 2008, Premium’s joint venture partner, Beartooth announced that they had signed a letter of agreement, dated October 22, 2008, with Kria Resources Inc. (“Kria”).  Under the terms of the agreement, Beartooth will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Kria in exchange for common shares of Beartooth (the “Transaction”).

Drill holes CM2008-04, CM2008-08, CM2008-09 were designed to follow up on CM2007-09, CM2007-02, CM2007-04.

CM2007-09 intersected 7.3 m of 1.14 g/t Pt, 2.33 g/t Pd, 0.44 g/t Au, 0.47% Ni and 0.17% Cu

CM2007-02 intersected 18.3 m of 0.72 g/t Pt, 1.79 g/t Pd, 0.11 g/t Au, 0.20% Ni and 0.05% Cu

CM2007-04 intersected 1.2 g/t Pt+Pd+Au over 116.7 m

All 2007 drill holes were located in the broadest portion of the 15 km PGM soil anomaly; all 10 core holes began and terminated in mineralization. Drill holes CM2008-05, CM2008-06, CM2008-07 targeted a zone of coincident Chromite and PGM mineralization. This was to test the similarity of the mineralization found at the Chrome Mountain property to that of the Platreef, as postulated by BTP?s PGM Consultant, Dr. Reid Keays, PhD., of Monash University. This zone was not tested during the 2007 drill program due to inclement weather.

The 2008 Drill Program Goal

The 2008 drill program followed up on the 2007 Drill Program and was designed to delineate the mineralization encountered in 2007, described as analogous to a combination of Platreef and UG2 styles of mineralization. The UG2 Chromitite, Merensky Reef, and Platreef mineralization of the Bushveld Complex (BIC) of South Africa make up the largest PGM resource in the world. Platinum and palladium production from the BIC represents 72% and 34% of annual global production respectively.

Platreef is one of the most profitable styles of mineralization as it is located near surface, which lends itself to simple surface mining procedures and typically has large tonnages, and consequently the mining methods benefit from economics of scale. Platreef-style mineralization was encountered in hole CM2007-04 of the 2007 drill program which returned 1.2 g/t Pt+Pd+Au over 116.7 meters.

Core logging has been encouraging. Several zones of disseminated Chromite as well as, narrow bands of Chromite were identified and the rock types encountered in the 2008 drill holes are consistent with the geology encountered during the 2007 drill program. Assays are expected by November 30, 2008. Once received BTP may have sufficient data to begin preliminary resource calculations.

These two styles of mineralization are characterized by Platreef-style mineralization as demonstrated in hole CM2007-4 of the 2007 drill program which returned 1.0 g/t PGM + Au over 116.7 meters.  CM2007-04 also includes five zones of comparable UG2-style mineralization characterized by these widths and grades: 6.3 g/t PGM over 1.2 m, 4.8 g/t PGM over 1.2 m, 11.9 g/t PGM over 0.3 m, 7.6 g/t PGM over 0.3 m and 6.5 g/t PGM over 0.3 m.

The high grade chromitite associated mineralization within the mineralized envelope at Chrome Mountain reflects a periodic culmination of the process in which very high energy magma pulses undergo turbulent interaction with PGM-enriched residual magmas. The fact that multiple high-grade chromitite intervals appear to be present in this area may also reflect proximity to entry points for new magmas. The lithology is also disrupted and lacks continuity between drill holes indicating turbulent conditions during crystallization. Similarly, the interaction between high-energy fresh magma pulses and older, PGM enriched, residual magmas in the Bushveld magma chamber is thought to have produced the high grade PGM deposits of the UG2 chromitite layer. A large part of the Chrome Mountain target remains untested and the 2008 drill program will delineate the mineralization encountered last year and will also test additional geochemical and geophysical anomalies located near Chrome Mountain.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (July 24, 2008) ? Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEM) (“Premium”) (www.premiumexploration.com) is pleased to announce the 2008 Exploration Program on their Pine Claim Shear Zone on the Chrome Mountain PGM (Platinum Group Metals) property and Chrome Mountain drilling update.

The Plan of Operations for the 2008 Drill Program of filed by Beartooth Platinum Corporation, the joint venture ?Operator? on Premium?s Chrome Mountain project, has been approved by the Gallatin National Forest and will begin soon. In addition to the 2008 Drill Program of 3,000 meters (10,000 ft), the Operator will also resume soil geochemical sampling on strike, west of the existing PGM soil anomaly. Drilling conducted in 2007 and the upcoming 2008 Drill Program are both focused on the PGM soil anomaly. (CLICK HERE for a new map of the Pine Claim and PGM Anomaly)

The existing soil geochem anomaly hosts PGM grades up to 1.2 g/t at surface and the planned geochem is designed to test for PGM?s in soils to the west of the anomaly. There are 6 km?s of strike length to the western boundary of Premium?s property which remain to be tested. The current soil anomaly to be drilled is on the eastern 1/3 of the property.

Premium will conduct exploration on gold mineralization previously encountered on the Pine Claim Shear Zone which is associated with a transverse fault and shear zone cross-cutting Stillwater Complex lithologies. (CLICK HERE for the 43-101 for the Chrome Mountain Property Package)

Historic drilling in the Pine Claim Shear Zone by past operators returned:

PC-2:  16.9 g/t gold over 7.98 m starting at 14.6 m of depth
PC-3:  10.3 g/t gold over 1.07 m starting at 5.6 m of depth
PC-5:  29.7 g/t of gold over 2.62 m starting at 2.64 m of depth
PC-6:  11.9 g/t gold over 1.45 m and a second intercept of;
          37.3 g/t gold over 0.71m starting at 30.1m depth
PC-9:  16.6 g/t gold over 4.66 m starting at 4.35m depth

The Pine Claim fault is a conduit for gold mineralization and has deposited gold into rocks which form the Stillwater complex and the fault has also remobilized PGM?s associated with the ?A? and ?B? Chromitite horizons. Premium will conduct surface mapping and sampling to further define the limits of the gold bearing system of the Pine Claim Shear Zone. The shear zone is located west-southwest of the existing PGM soil geochem anomaly and on the west side of the additional drilling planned by the Operator.

The gold mineralization appears to be associated with the steeply dipping shear zone striking northerly and cross cutting the PGM soil anomaly and Chromite seams while PGM mineralization is associated with the Chromite.  Previous work on the shear zone has identified a strike length of 300 meters (1,000 feet) open to the north and south.  The 2008 Drill Program may intersect the north extension of the Pine Claim Shear Zone.

The stratiform Chromite seams which host the mineralization on the Pine Claim trends east and west onto the other claims of the Chrome Mountain property package.  Several of the limited outcrop exposures have been sampled to attempt to identify the width of the shear zone and Chromite horizons which have yielded some interesting PGM numbers. 

The following results represent the higher grade PGM and gold sample results collected by Premium and Previous Operators on the Pine Claim Shear Zone:

The limited samples assayed for Rhodium more closely represent the 23% to 31% of Platinum identified by Dr. Reid Keyes from 2002 & 2006 drilling on the ?B? Chromitites.  The Rhodium results released on July 16th, 2008 indicate a 9% Platinum content, further advancing the theory of a new style of mineralization identified by the 2007 Drill Program (CLICK HERE for the July 16th release). The Chromitite content in the Chromitite samples from the Pine Claim were not analysed by Premium or their predecessor but historic work completed by the US Bureau of Mines shows surface grades up to 47.1% Chromitite from the Pine Claim Shear Zone area.  This year?s work program will be done to better identify the Chromities crossing the entire south side of the property and identify the Pine Claim Shear Zone width and extend it to the south.

Due to the complexity of assaying for PGM in core with Chromite, Premium?s joint venture partner, Beartooth Platinum Corp. (?the operator?, currently earning a 50% interest in Chrome Mountain), chose to resubmit the PGM core from the 2007 drill program.  The samples were sent to Genalysis Laboratory Services Pty, the specialty lab with expertise in the assaying of PGM?s used by the major companies in South Africa.

Dr. Reid Keays, PhD., of Monash University has evaluated the Rhodium (Rh) assay results and compared the results to the Platinum (Pt) assays. A total of 143 samples were analyzed and a comparison of the Rhodium versus Platinum for samples with a Platinum assay greater than 140ppb (>0.140 g/t), confirms that there is indeed a good correlation between Rhodium and Platinum: the regression coefficient is 0.704, which is reasonably robust.  The regression curve suggests that the Rhodium content of the Stillwater peridotite zone samples is approximately 9% of the grade of Pt assay. Drilling in 2007 at the Chrome Mountain project hosts an approximate 11:1 ratio of Platinum to Rhodium with a high of 0.336 g/t Rhodium assayed to date.

This outcome is different to that obtained from samples analyzed from 2002 and 2006 drill core in Rh vs. Pt (2002-2006). The regression of Rh vs. Pt indicated that the Rh in the Stillwater Peridotite zone from drill intercepts of the ?A? and ?B? chromites ranged from 21% to 31% of the Pt content of this zone. Drilling in 2002 and 2006 targeted the soil PGM geochemical anomaly associated with the ?A? and ?B? chromitites which is present for the 11km of strike on both Beartooth?s and Premium?s properties. Analysis of the Rhodium data suggests that the ?B? Chromitites have not yet been intersected by the drill program.

The 2007 drill program targeted the broad soil PGM geochemical anomaly thought to be associated with the ?B? Chromitite layers of the Stillwater Complex. The ?A? and ?B? Chromitites are thought to be similar to the UG2 mineralization in South Africa which is a PGM rich chromitite horizon called reef-style mineralization. UG2 mineralization is characterized by thicknesses of 0.7m to 1.6m and ranges in grade from 5 to 7 g/t PGM. South Africa, provides 80% of the world?s platinum group metals, has suffered through power supply issues and labor disputes which are unlikely to be rectified in the near future and this will likely have a negative impact on global PGM supplies.

The area in which the soil PGM geochem anomaly broadens, appears to be associated with a previously unknown style of mineralization. The 2007 drill holes collared on the geochem anomaly were mineralized from the collars to total depth of the drill holes. A conceptual model (see Beartooth Platinum Release dated Feb. 25, 2008) has been developed for this mineralization and appears to have characteristics of both Platreef and UG2 styles of mineralization within the same zone. It appears that the processes by which these world class deposits formed in the Bushveld Complex were also operating in the Stillwater Complex, and indeed may have overlapped to form a combined style of mineralization at Chrome Mountain.

The newly discovered mineralization, as a result of the 2007 drilling, has similarities to the Plat Reef in South Africa. This is significant as the Plat Reef mineralization occurs near the surface and ore production from mines on the Plat Reef benefits from lower cost mining methods which have a very positive impact on mine economics. Additional drilling is planned for the 2008 drill season to follow up on the encouraging 2007 drill results.

The ?A? and ?B? Chromitite reef-style layers parallel the JM Reef of the Stillwater Complex, the richest PGM deposit in the world currently mined by Stillwater Mining Company. Reef style mineralization, such as the JM Reef, can range in widths of 0.14m to 18m and can strike for long distances, up to 40 km for the JM Reef. Historical and current geological information indicate that the Chromitite layers have a similar strike length to the JM reef and are parallel to it.

Premium Exploration, Inc. Announces Drill Program at its 2007 Platinum Palladium Mineralization Discovery at Stillwater Complex

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (May 22, 2008) Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) (http://www.premiumexploration.com/) is pleased to announce that it has received United States Forest Service approval for it’s 10,000 foot drill program operated by its joint venture partner, Beartooth Platinum Corp. (TSX-V:BTP). The program is designed to test what the Company believes to be a potential “feeder zone” for the previously unknown style of PGM mineralization, discovered at Premium’s 100% wholly-owned Chrome Mountain property in the Stillwater Complex, Montana, USA.  The program will be located on the north-western portion of the Stillwater Complex in Sweet Grass County on the Gallatin National Forest. The program will consist of 10 to 15 NQ Core holes totaling approximately 10,000 feet and will follow up on the successful 2007 drill program.

The Chrome Mountain property is located 1,500m from the Stillwater Mining Company, who are mining the highest grade platinum group metal bearing reef in the world, the JM Reef of the Stillwater Complex.

Highlights include:

• Approval for 40 drill sites on the Chrome Mountain property;
• Drill testing of the high-grade chromitite area of the PGM anomaly which was not yet permitted at the time of the 2007 drill program;
• Drilling is targeting a combination of two styles of South African PGM mineralization combined in the same envelope of disseminated chromitite;
• Platreef-style mineralization, as demonstrated in hole CM2007-4 of the 2007 drill program:

1.0 g/t PGM + Au over 116.7 meters

Includes five zones of comparable to UG2 in widths and grades:

6.3 g/t over 1.2 meters

4.8 g/t over 1.2 meters

11.9 g/t over 0.3 meters

7.6 g/t over 0.3 meters

• Additional geochemical sampling will be conducted to test the boundary of the known PGM+Au 2300m x 1000m geochemical anomaly west along the 8 km of strike not yet explored by the Company.

This drill program is designed to further understand and define the boundaries of the platinum, palladium, and gold mineralization of Premium’s PGM geochemical anomaly and information accumulated in the 2007 drill program, which suggests the identification of a feeder zone. All holes in 2007 were collared within the central part of the soil geochemical anomaly, all holes started immediately in mineralization with the majority of holes terminating in mineralization. Widths intercepted, reached up to 116.7 m of 1.5 g/t PGM + Au. The 2007 drill program tested only a small portion (approximately 30%) of the large geochemical anomaly discovered in 2006.

The broad zones of PGM enrichment at Chrome Mountain may reflect the higher energies of magmas entering the chamber from conduits (feeder zones) in this area. Because the magmas will have more energy at the point of entry, the sulfide droplets come into contact with larger amounts of magma, thus scavenging large amounts of PGM. This process of increasing magma energies leading to increasing PGM concentration in sulfides is also believed to be responsible for the high grade PGM mineralization of the Platreef on the Bushveld Complex, the most profitable PGM deposit in the world.

Interpretation based on the 2007 drilling encountered high-grade reef-style mineralization associated with chromitite layers occurring within a much thicker envelope of PGM enrichment. Drill hole hole CM2007-04 grades reach 6.3 g/t PGM+Au over 1.2 meters, within a mineralized halo grading 1.0 g/t PGM+Au over 116.7 meters. Interestingly, high grade, chromitite associated PGM mineralization occurs at multiple locations with intervals of 7.6 g/t over 0.3 meters, 6.5 g/t over 0.3 meters, 11.9 g/t over 0.3 meters, and 4.8 g/t over 1.2 meters, (see press release dated March 3, 2008).  The average intercept at Chrome Mountain was 118.2 meters at a grade of 0.66 g/t platinum, palladium and gold with platinum:palladium ratios averaging 1.0:1.4 Stillwater Mining Company’s, for example, which mines the JM reef has a platinum:palladium ratio of 1.0:3.4.

The high grade chromitite associated mineralization within the mineralized envelope at Chrome Mountain reflects a periodic culmination of the process in which very high energy magma pulses undergo turbulent interaction with PGM-enriched residual magmas. The fact that multiple high-grade chromitite intervals appear to be present in this area may also reflect proximity to entry points for new magmas. The lithology is also disrupted and lacks continuity between drill holes indicating turbulent conditions during crystallization. Similarly, the interaction between high-energy fresh magma pulses and older, PGM enriched, residual magmas in the Bushveld magma chamber is thought to have produced the high grade PGM deposits of the UG2 chromitite layer.

A large part of the Chrome Mountain target remains untested and the 2008 drill program will delineate the mineralization encountered last year and will also test additional geochemical and geophysical anomalies located near Chrome Mountain.

Drilling will begin immediately as soon as upon snow levels allowing access.

In the Stillwater Complex in Montana, USA, chromite is well known to exist in the ultramafic rock series beneath and to the south of the Lower Banded rock series.  The Lower Banded Series hosts the Johns Manville Reef (JM Reef) currently being mined by Stillwater Mining Company producing about 500,000 ounces of combined platinum and palladium per year from two mine sites.  The JM Reef mineralization is characterized as having a low chromite component with high sulfide content comparable to the Merensky Reef in South Africa.  The rock units can be traced for 40-km southeast to northwest.

There are four in-place historic chromite resources, as defined by extensive studies which included drilling and underground exploration, which averaged about 23% Cr₂O_3. See the cautionary statement below. The exploration was conducted adjacent to the Stillwater River near the central portion of the Stillwater Complex where the chromites are well exposed and access is good.  Between 1986 and 1987, the Chrome Corporation of America conducted an extensive feasibility study on the resources and a planned 132,000 ton per year high-carbon ferrochrome operation.  The project was abandoned due to the lack of funding and low commodity prices prevalent at the time.  The Stillwater Complex resources represent 80% of the identified chromite resources in the USA.

The 11 chromitite bands (A through K) that run the length of the Stillwater Complex, cross Premium’s ground which is located on the west end of the complex for approximately 11 km of the 40 km strike length of the Stillwater Complex.  Premium’s joint venture partner, Beartooth Platinum Corp. is currently drilling the “B” chromitite unit for PGM’s (see PEM press release dated March 3, 2008).

In 1989, Inco (American Copper and Nickel Co.) collected 20 samples from the Chrome Mountain area and to the west of the Gish Property on Premium’s western boundary.  Fifteen samples came from chromite occurrence on the central part of Premium’s claim block, three are from the Gish Property on the far west end of the complex and two are from the non-chromite high sulfide Frog Pond area of the JM Reef currently being mined by the Stillwater Mining Corporation.  The JM Reef parallels Premium’s property across the northern shoulder of Chrome Mountain, approximately 750 meters from Premium’s boundary.  Cr₂O₃ in the 20 samples collected by Inco ranged from 2% to 37% averaging 21.2% Cr₂O₃ in the outcrop and trench samples.

The Inco work was completed in conjunction with the 1955 study completed by US Geological Survey and Bureau of Mines. The four samples collected during the 1955 study were from the central area of Premium’s Chrome Mountain property. The analysis’ were conducted on cleaned chromite samples returning values and labeled as follws:

H-354, 43.8% Cr₂O_3; H-306a, 45.6% Cr₂O₃; H-306c, 46.8% Cr₂O₃; and P-284, 47.1% Cr₂O₃.

The last actual mining on the Stillwater Complex for chromitites was conducted between 1952-1962, on behalf of the US Government, by the American Chrome Company. The mine produced 920,000 tons of concentrate averaging 38.5% Cr₂O₃ from 2,100,000 tons of mined ore. The production came from the Mouat mine area located east of Premium’s property.  There has been no exploration of the Chrome Mountain chromites beyond historic reconnaissance.  PGM mineralization has been discovered and is currently being explored in the chromitites.  The price of chromite and chrome has skyrocketed due to stainless steel production and use especially in China.

The Stillwater Complex is known to host 80% of the US chromite resources, which is a necessary metal for production of stainless steel.  The existing resource that has been developed has been defined on the eastern side of the Stillwater Complex and covers approximately 8 km of the 40km strike length of the Complex.  The chromite horizons run the length of the Stillwater Complex and Premium’s Chrome Mountain property is known to host chromite zones.  Due to the historic low commodity price in the past, exploration had not focussed on defining additional chromite resources.  As a result of increasing consumption of stainless steel and the increased demand for chromite, the commodity price has increased dramatically in the past year.  The Company feels that that the historical estimates provide a conceptual indication of the potential quantity and grade of the mineral resources that may be associated with the chromite horizons on their property.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA-(Marketwire – March 3, 2008) -  Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) (“Premium”) is pleased to announce that Beartooth Platinum Corporation, (TSX-V:BTP) (“Beartooth” or “BTP”) Premium’s joint venture partner on its Chrome Mountain Property (“Property”) has released the drill results from the 2007 drill program. (See Beartooth news release, February 29, 2008).

The Property is being explored under a joint venture agreement between Premium and Beartooth (see Premium news release June 5, 2007).  Under the terms and conditions of the joint venture agreement between Premium and BTP, Beartooth can initially earn a 50% interest in the Property by spending USD$3,000,000 over three years on exploration activities on the Property (“Initial Earn-in.”)  Upon the completion of the Initial Earn-in, Beartooth can earn an additional 30% in the Property by spending an additional USD$2,000,000 over two years on exploration expenditures on the Property over the subsequent, for a total earned interest of 80% (“80% Interest.”)  If Beartooth earns the full 80% Interest in the Property, Premium will retain a 20% Carried Interest in the Property, and a 1% NSR on the combined property.  However, upon the completion of the Initial Earn-in by Beartooth, Premium can elect to maintain a 50% ownership interest in the Property by funding a pro-rata share of all exploration activities and costs with Beartooth on a 50-50 basis.

The highlights of the drill program are listed below:

• All holes intercepted anomalous gold + platinum + palladium mineralization with a high of 11.909 g/t.
• Average intercepts at Chrome Mountain is 118 meters at a grade of 0.66 g/t combined platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold mineralization.
• The platinum to palladium ratios of the assay results average 1:1.14 indicating that the Chrome Mountain target contains relatively more platinum than the North American average from producers.
• Rhodium assays for select core returned up to 0.5 g/t rhodium, with rhodium to platinum ratios averaging 8:1.
• The Chrome Mountain holes were drilled on sections approximately 200 apart, testing an area of 1000 metres by 4000 meters to a depth of 150 meters confirming a portion of the large soil geochemistry anomaly defined by the 2006 soil sampling.
• The highest grade section of the soil geochemical anomaly identified in 2006 has not been drill tested (See Premium Exploration, Inc. Press release October 26, 2006)). Additionally, 8 km of strike length to the northwest of the geochemical anomaly has not been soil sampled and mapped.
• There is Chromite mineralization in the assay results for the 2007 drill program that may report as a by product credit during processing if a mine is developed on the Property.
• It is worth noting that Premium retains the gold rights to all the gold on their portion of the Chrome Mountain property.

The 2007 drill program confirmed the presence of reef style PGE mineralization associated with the “B” Chromitite layer at Chrome Mountain.  The 2007 drilling program also encountered a second, previously unknown style of PGE mineralization in the Stillwater Complex.  This previously unknown PGE mineralization at Chrome Mountain is a high-grade reef-style mineralization associated with chromitite layers occurs within a much thicker envelope of PGE enrichment.  In drill hole CM2007-02 from the 2007 drill program, chromitite-associated mineralization reaches grades of 7.9 g/t combined Au+Pt+Pd over a  width of 0.3 meters representing reef-style mineralization.  This mineralization is further enclosed by a halo of additional PGE mineralization grading 1.5 g/t combined Au+Pt+Pd over an interval of 50 meters. Additionally, chromitite associated mineralization in hole CM2007-04 reaches grades of 11.9 g/t combined Au+Pt+Pd over 0.3 meters, with a corresponding mineralized halo grading 1.0 g/t combined Au+Pt+Pd over 116.7 meters.  The assay results indicate high grade chromitite associated PGE mineralization occurs at multiple locations within the PGE-enriched halo.  Five such intervals occur in hole CM2007-04, with respective combined Au+Pt+Pd interval grades of 7.6 g/t over 0.3 meters, 6.5 g/t over 0.3 meters, 11.9 g/t over 0.3 meters, 4.8 g/t over 1.2 meters, and 6.3 g/t over 1.2 meters.  Similar mineralization structures are evident in all of the holes completed in the Chrome Mountain area during 2007 were collared in mineralization, with many of the holes being completely mineralized across the entire length of the core.  Finally, the surface areas with the highest levels of Pt and Pd in previous soil samples were not drill tested during the 2007 drilling program due to logistic difficulties and early snows.

The UG2 and Platreef are two PGM producing areas of the Bushveld Complex located in South Africa.  The UG2 is a PGM bearing chromite reef with mineralization widths ranging from .7 meters to 1.6 meters. The PGM grades from the UG2 range from 5 to 7 grams per ton.  The mining industry considers the UG2 reef to be one of the highest grade PGM ore bodies in the world.  The Platreef is a low grade bulk tonnage area that is currently a significant producer of PGMs in South Africa.

PREMIUM EXPLORATION COMPLETES 2007 PLATINUM GROUP METALS DRILL PROGRAM ON THEIR CHROME MOUNTAIN JV PROJECT, MONTANA, USA

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (Marketwire – October 10, 2007), Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX-V:PEM), is pleased to announce the completion of seven holes of the first drill program on the Chrome Mountain Joint Venture Project, located in the Stillwater Mafic Intrusive Complex in Montana, USA.  The Chrome Mountain property is a joint venture with Beartooth Platinum Corporation (TSX-V-BTP).

The 2007 Chrome Mountain drill program was designed to intercept the “A” & “B” Chromitite Zone which appears to parallel the JM Reef, which produced over 600,000 ounces of Platinum Group Metals (PGM’s) in 2006. The “A” & “B” Chromitite Zone is widely believed to be similar to the UG2 Layer of the Bushveld Complex, South Africa, where PGM’s are currently mined at 5 to 7 g/t (0.132oz to 0.185oz/ton). The drill holes averaged 260m (855ft) deep, and were centered on a ? 1 g/t PGM soil anomaly, covering an area of approximately 2300 meters (7,544 ft) by 1000 meters (3,280 ft), compiled from over 9,000 soil samples collected by BTP during the 2006 field program.

Worth noting, in 2006, BTP’s drill program on Iron Mountain, which is 7km from Chrome Mountain along the length of the Anomaly, identified zones of high Rhodium values of 1 to 2 g/t within the A and B Chromitites. As of today’s date, Rhodium is trading at $6,140.00/oz, Platinum at$1,385.00/oz, and Palladium at $372.00/oz.

Beartooth Platinum Corp. has the option to earn a 50% in this project by spending $3,000,000 on exploration over the next three years. The J M Reef, which is part of the Stillwater Mafic Intrusive Complex, and is host to two of the largest PGM producing mines in North America. The Stillwater and East Boulder Mines, owned by Stillwater Mining Company (SMC) have been in production since 1992.

Beartooth Platinum Corp. employs a QA/QC protocol on all aspects of the analytical procedure. Core samples are sawn in half, one half retained for the record and the second half shipped to SGS Assay Laboratory in Toronto for assay.  Samples are collected on a maximum of  1.3m (4 feet), with smaller lengths in areas of interest.  Sample preparation is conducted in SGS’s sample preparation Lab located in Elko, Nevada and the pulps are shipped to SGS Mineral Services Ltd. In Toronto, Canada for assay, using industry standard fire assay techniques.  A blank sample is inserted within every 50 & 100 ft of core.  Known standards, representing a high and low range of grade are inserted at 25 and 75 ft intervals. Approximately 12.5% of the pulps are re-analyzed by SGS.

About the 2007 Pine Claim Shear Zone Exploration Program

The Pine Claim Shear Zone, which was specifically excluded from the JV, allows the Company to continue exploration on the high grade gold zone that is perpendicular to the strike of the PGM mineralization.  The shear zone is located south of the PGM soil geochemistry anomaly which has an 8.4 kilometre north-west/south-east strike on the joint venture property and is associated with the “B” Chromitite.  The Pine Claim Shear Zone hosts significant later occurring gold mineralization that is superimposed on the PGM mineralization.

Historic drilling on the Pine Claim Shear Zone provided the following gold results:

• PC-2 intersected 26.2 feet containing 16.9 grams/ton Au
• PC-3 intersected 3.5 feet of 10.3 grams/ton Au
• PC-5 intersected 8.6 feet of 29.7 grams/ton Au
• PC-6 intersected 4.5 feet of 11.9 grams/ton Au and a second intercept of 2.4 feet of 37.3 grams/ton Au

Premium’s exploration work to date has consisted of soil sampling and a short drilling program that has extended the Pine Claim Shear Zone both to the north and south.  The Pine Claim Shear Zone converges with the PGM soil anomaly to the northwest.  Based on the results of its 2006 sampling and mapping program in late 2006, the Company staked an additional 28 claims (the Bobcat Claims).  For its 2007 exploration program, Premium will conduct additional mapping and soil sampling to the south on the Pine Claim Shear Zone to coincide with BTP’s drill program.  Previous petrographic work from the Pine Claim Shear Zone and interpretation concluded that there might be a contact metamorphic overprint to the alteration which can be ascribed to a later occurring intrusive even which mobilized the gold, leading to enrichment along the shear zone.  Additional exploration work is required to further identify the gold and its source.

About the 2007 “B” Chromitite Zone Exploration Program

The 2007 “B” Chromitite Zone Exploration program that will be conducted by BTP will principally be focused on investigating the source of a major soil geochemical anomaly on the “B” Chromitite layer that overlies the lower part of the Stillwater Intrusive Complex.  To achieve this goal, BTP will complete a CDN$2,000,000 field program over the course of the summer and into the fall of 2007.  The program will include up to 6,100 meters of core drilling on its Iron Mountain property as well as on Premium’s JV Property located in the Chrome Mountain area.  The first drill is in operation on the property and the program is designed to intersect the “B” Chromitite and continue through the basal contact of the intrusion.  The drilling is designed to determine the extent of the mineralization of the “B” Chromitite layer and the basal zone sulphide layer which hosts anomalous nickel and copper mineralization.

Additionally a Nickel-Copper Platinum Group Metals (Ni-Cu-PGM) anomaly was identified, by Beartooth’s geologists, during the course of a 9,000-sample soil geochemical survey completed in 2006.  The Ni-Cu-PGM anomaly extends for a total strike length of 15 kilometres, and is coincident with the interpreted position of the “B” Chromitite layer in the basal part of the Stillwater Complex.  The anomaly is open to the northwest.  Drilling in 2006 encountered significant Gold (Au) + Platinum (Pt) + Palladium (Pd) + Rhodium (Rh) mineralization associated with the “B” Chromitite layer, including a high intersection of 21.7 g/t combined PGM over 0.55 metres and nickel copper mineralization including a high of 2.14% Ni, 0.13% Cu, and 1.3 g/6 Au + Pt + Pd over 0.18 meters.  The broad nature of the soil anomaly, particularly in the western part of the survey area on the un-drilled JV portion of the Chrome Mountain property, is thought to reflect PGM mineralization associated with the “B” Chromitite, as well as disseminated to massive Ni-Cu-PGM mineralization associated with disseminated to massive sulphide zones below the “B” Chromitite layer.  The central part of the Chrome Mountain PGM anomaly is 2,500 metres long by 1,000 metres wide with grades up to 1.34 g/t PGM in soils.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(CCNMatthews – June 5, 2007) - Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) (“Premium”) (http://www.premiumexploration.com/) is pleased to announce a Joint Venture Agreement on its Chrome Mountain Platinum Group Metals project with Beartooth Platinum Corporation (“Beartooth”) (TSX-V:BTP).  Premium’s Chrome Mountain PGM Project (“Project”) is located in the Stillwater Complex in the State of Montana, United States of America.  Under the terms and conditions of the Joint Venture Agreement Premium will contribute its Chrome Mountain Project exclusive of the Pine Claim Gold Shear Zone to the Joint Venture, which Premium will retain and explore independently of the Joint Venture.

The new Joint Venture Agreement follows the successful completion of the 2006 exploration program.  The 2006 work included 2,300 soil samples and documented a major Cu-Ni-PGM anomaly with soil grades up to 1.4 grams PGM from Premium’s property. (See Premium Exploration Press Release May 24, 2007).

For participating in the Joint Venture Premium will receive the following:

1) Reimbursement of 50% of its previously incurred exploration expenditures on the Chrome Mountain Project.

2) Upon Beartooth completing three million dollars (US$3,000,000) in exploration expenditures on the Project to vest its 50% interest in the project (“Initial BTP Vesting Expenditures”), Premium, can at its option maintain its 50% interest in the project by paying for its pro-rata share of exploration expenditures above the Initial BTP Vesting Expenditures If Premium declines the Participatory Option, Beartooth can earn an additional 30% by spending an additional US$2,000,000. Upon Beartooth’s completion of five million dollars (US$5,000,000) of cumulative exploration expenditures on the Project by January 1, 2011, Premium will retain a twenty percent (20%) carried interest in the Project and Beartooth will own an eighty percent (80%) participatory interest in the Project.

3) A one percent (1%) Net Smelter Royalty (“NSR”) on both Premium’s and Beartooth’s properties.

Overview of the Stillwater Complex and Chrome Mountain Project:

The Chrome Mountain Project is located in the Stillwater mafic intrusive complex 120 kilometres south of Billings, Montana. The property parallels the JM reef, currently being mined from two sites by the Stillwater Mining Company (NYSE:SWC) for approximately 8½ kilometers on the “B” Chromites. Stillwater Mining Company produced approximately 500,000 oz of PGM’s in 2006. The JM reef runs the entire 41 kilometre length of the Stillwater Complex, and models the Merensky reef in the Bushveld Complex in South Africa; the B Chromitites at Stillwater are thought to mimic the UG2 Chromitites, also in the Bushveld. The UG2 chromitites account for approximately 64% of the PGM production from the Bushveld.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(CCNMatthews – May 24, 2007) – Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) (“Premium”) is pleased to provide results of a 2,000 sample soil geochemistry survey on its Chrome Mountain Property within the Stillwater Mafic Intrusive Complex, Montana, USA. The results extend a very strong platinum group metal (PGM) soil anomaly associated with the “A” and “B” chromitite horizons across the Chrome Mountain property for over 4.4 kilometres. Over four kilometers of the strike extension of the zone remains to be explored to the north-west, where additional sampling is planned for the 2007 field season. The map below shows the extent of the soil anomaly on Premium’s property.

The soil sampling program was carried out by Premium’s Strategic Alliance partner, Beartooth Platinum Corporation (see TSX-V:BTP press release October 10, 2006). A soil anomaly delineated on the contiguous Beartooth property for approximately six kilometers continues northwesterly and increases in size and PGM content on Premium’s Chrome Mountain Property. Beartooth completed 9,000 soil samples on their property and continued sampling along the strike of the A and B Chromitite horizons on Premium’s claims.  Sampling on Chrome Mountain covered half of the strike length of the property before weather forced the program to cease.  Assays were completed by SGS Mineral Services in Toronto, Canada.

The soil anomaly, defined by platinum plus palladium greater than 20 ppb, is 4.4 kilometers south-east to north-west and up to 1.7 kilometres wide. Soil samples were taken on a grid with 100 meter line spacing and 25 meter sample spacing. The strongest portion of the anomaly, centered on Chrome Mountain, is 2,300 metres long and 1,000 metres in width. Premium is very encouraged by these results, which are indicative of near surface platinum and palladium mineralization associated with the chromitite horizons. Rhodium was not analyzed for the soils, but previous sampling and drilling by Beartooth demonstrates that a significant amount of rhodium is present in the A and B chromitite layers (see TSX-V:BTP press release December 12, 2006). Premium’s joint venture partner Beartooth Platinum is designated to follow up on these results with 10,000 metres of core drilling during the 2007 field season. The program is designed to delineate the extent of the subsurface platinum and palladium mineralization.

Overview of the Stillwater Complex and Chrome Mountain Project

Premium Exploration’s property is located in the Stillwater mafic intrusive complex 120  kilometres south of Billings, Montana. The lower unit of the Stillwater Complex hosts copper-nickel mineralization currently being explored on the southeast end of the Stillwater Complex.

PREMIUM EXPLORATION, INC. ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC EXPLORATION ALLIANCE WITH BEARTOOTH PLATINUM CORPORATION

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(CCNMatthews – October 10, 2006) – Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PEM) (“Premium” or the “Company”) (http://www.premiumexploration.com) is pleased to announce the execution of a letter of intent to enter into Strategic Exploration Alliance with Beartooth Platinum Corporation (TSX VENTURE:BTP) for the exploration for platinum, palladium, rhodium, copper & nickel precious and base metal horizons at its Chrome Mountain project located in the Stillwater Complex, State of Montana, United States of America.

Under the terms of the letter of intent, the Company has granted Beartooth Platinum Corporation the right to jointly explore with Premium for platinum, palladium, rhodium, copper and nickel on the mining claims controlled by the Company in the Stillwater Complex.  Under this joint exploration program Beartooth Platinum will undertake a mapping, sampling and ground-based geophysical study of the Company’s claims at its Chrome Mountain project.  As part of this joint exploration program Beartooth Platinum will pay for all costs associated with collection of soil samples, mapping and geophysical studies and the Company will pay all costs associated with the Assaying all the soil samples collected under this joint exploration program.

In conjunction with their ongoing 10,000 meter drill program, Beartooth Platinum has just completed their own 6,000 soil sample program on their Iron Mountain property adjacent to the east of Premium’s Chrome Mountain property and has moved onto the Company’s property.  Both the Company and Beartooth Platinum Corporation will have complete ownership rights in the exploration data collected under this joint exploration program.  As part of the letter of intent, Premium has granted to Beartooth Platinum Corporation the right to enter a formal joint venture agreement with the Company.  A form of agreement has been established on a 50-50 basis.  The balance of the terms shall be negotiated at the conclusion of the first phase of work based upon the results if the parties choose to continue.  This Strategic Exploration Alliance specifically exempts out the all gold and silver exploration horizons on Premium’s Chrome Mountain project and the Company will continue to explore its Pine Claim Gold Shear Zone independently of this Strategic Exploration Alliance. About the Stillwater Complex

The Stillwater Complex is a 26 mile-long layered mafic intrusive located in the south-central portion of the State of Montana, United States of America, hosting the world’s richest platinum group metals mineralization.  The geologic structure of the Stillwater Complex is similar in many respects to the Bushveld Complex located in South Africa.  One of the differences between the geology of the two platinum group metals bearing complexes is the grade of platinum group metals being mined.  The Bushveld Complex ranges from 4 grams per tonne to 6 grams per tonne, whereas mining grades of the JM Reef in the Stillwater Complex range from 15 grams per tonne to 21 grams per tonne with credits for copper and nickel.

Currently, the layer known as the JM Reef, extends the entire 26 mile length of the Stillwater Complex and is being mined in two separate locations by the Stillwater Mining Company.  Stillwater is producing 600,000 ounces of platinum group metals on an annual basis from these mines.  The rock layers of the complex are visible as a series of bands, which can be traced across most of the 26 mile strike length.

The “B” Chromitite layer is being explored as a parallel layer to the JM reef.  It is also the Company’s current belief that the later occurring geologic event that tilted the Stillwater Complex, produced a series of perpendicular faults, fissures and shear zones across the southern portion of the Stillwater Complex that created the conditions for the occurrence of hydrothermal remobilization of mineralization to occur in certain locations, like the Pine Claim Shear Zone.  Thus, the Pine claim shear zone represents a later, separate gold occurrence.
