Del Steiner, B.Sc., J.D.,
President, Chairman of the Board, CEO

Mr. Steiner, JD, has over 25 years practicing law in Idaho, developing an excellent understanding environmental and mining law, including permitting from the exploration to mining phases. He was involved in the successful permitting of the Buffalo Gulch Mine as an open-pit heap leach operation in 1991 (Bema Gold Inc.,) and  maintains an excellent network of State and Federal contacts in Idaho. He was formerly President, CEO & Director of Idaho Consolidated Minerals Corp. (ICMC) and joint-ventured with Kinross on the development of the Idaho Gold Project.  Mr. Steiner has been involved in raising over $30M in resource sector and took Premium Exploration public in the Spring of 2006. He currently serves as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Premium Exploration.

Colin Jones

Mr. Jones was the  Executive Vice-President of Dundee Resources Limited and has 30 years’ experience as a mining, exploration and consulting geologist. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities globally in exploration and development companies as well as management of associated technical evaluation and due diligence programs. He acts as a technical consultant to a number of investee companies in addition to taking active Board positions with Eurotin, Helio Resources, and Geodrill of . He has worked on all continents for producing mines, as part of feasibility teams and as an explorationist for a number of companies including BP Minerals, Anglo American and Freeport MacMoran. Mr. Jones has a Bachelor of Science (Earth Sciences) from Massey University, NZ and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Ken Booth

Mr. Booth brings over 30 years of experience in mining and exploration, corporate finance, and the management of public companies. He has worked for two of Canada’s largest investment banks executing numerous equity financings for both junior and senior companies and was involved in a number of significant mergers and acquisitions. While working with resource companies, Mr. Booth has held several positions including CEO and Vice-President of Corporate Development. In these roles he was instrumental in securing equity funding and negotiating property acquisitions, and joint ventures. He holds an MBA from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Science in geology from Carleton University. Mr. Booth is a Director of El Tigre Silver Corp. and Invenio Resources Corp., both companies are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mike Vint

Mr. Vint is Vice President of Mining for Endeavour Financial Corp., an advisory service specializing in debt, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance where he is responsible for mine technical analysis.  He has over 18 years of industry experience primarily in mine operations, however the last six years he focused on mine valuation, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and RTO’s.

He has operational and engineering experience with both open pit and underground having worked at open pits in Nevada and California and underground at Hemlo and Eskay Creek. Mr.Vint has worked with independent engineers and companies to provide comprehensive reports for financial institutions for mine credit approvals and also worked in the equity research department of CIBC World Markets covering the gold sector. Mr. Vint currently holds a directorship with Edgewater Exploration. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columba and he received his mining engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines.

Robert Komarechka

Mr. Komarechka is a professional geologist and certified gemmologist and is currently president of Bedrock Research Corp., a firm which offers consulting services to the mineral exploration industry. Mr. Komarechka has been involved in a wide variety of commodities in his exploration work, including: gold, base metals, platinum group metals, diamonds and industrial minerals. His experience has included property evaluation and selection, supervision of claim staking activities, airborne and ground geophysical programs, geological mapping, geochemical surveys, diamond drill programs, bulk sampling, aboriginal native right studies, mine management, assessment submissions and NI43-101 report submissions.

Dr. Guojian Xu

Dr. Xu has over 20 years of experience in Australia and the international mining industry. His experience includes technical and senior management roles with Queensland Mining Corporation, Xstrata, Sparton Resources and Queensland Epithermal Gold. He holds an MSc in Economic Geology from the China University of Geosciences and a PhD from James Cook University in Australia. A geologist with specialist IOCG, Mt Isa Style copper and Carlin gold skills, Dr. Xu has in-depth knowledge of exploration techniques and extensive experience in mineral resources in Australia, China and Papua New Guinea. He is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, and a competent person as defined by the 2004 JORC Code.
