VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA-(Marketwire – February 15, 2008) - Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) (“Premium” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lic. Ana Maria Gonzalez of Durango, Mexico as a consultant to Premium in Mexico. Ms Gonzalez will provide assistance in the areas of general business development and administration, permitting, and stakeholder management. Ms. Gonzalez has 15 years’ experience in this area with mineral exploration companies working in Mexico, including Monarch and Minefinder’s.
Premium has hired Mr. Brett Delaney and Ms. Christine Kopr to provide investor relations services for the Company. Mr. Delaney brings 15 years of experience in sales and corporate communications to Premium. Ms. Kopr brings 5 years of experience in business and marketing to the Company. They are currently implementing an extensive communications and investor relations program
Further, Premium has granted 300,000 stock options to certain consultants with the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.66 for a period of five years.
