VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (December 8, 2006) Premium Exploration, Inc. (TSX-V:PEM) (the “Company”) (www.premiumexploration.com) is pleased to announce that it’s private placement has been increased from $500,000 to $550,000 under the same terms and conditions as announced in the November 9th press release.
